Lovely Room at Downtown Alhambra-10 miles to LA is situated in Alhambra, 12 km from Los Angeles and 35 km from Santa Monica. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site.
Each room at this homestay is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Some units feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a kettle in the room. The rooms include a private bathroom. Extras include slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Lease agreement must be sent back to owner in order to secure reservation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Lovely Room at Downtown Alhambra-10 miles to LA in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

立法院內政委員會今(30)日審查黨產會年度預算，國民黨立委曾銘宗質詢時詢問，希望未來黨產會在執行相關業務時，不要再刻意用嘲笑與奚落國民黨的方式對外發言，並問黨產會副主委兼發言人施錦芳有沒有問題？施竟回答：有！但曾銘宗似乎沒有發現，繼續後續的質詢。
面對黨產會積極追查不當黨產，國民黨持續查找舊有黨產，今年3月竟發現一批民國36年中央政府發行之第二期黃金公債，重新估算現值約新台幣385億元，不過施錦芳當時直言，過去國民黨都不知道自己有385多億元黃金公債嗎？這很好笑！
曾銘宗在質詢時以黃金公債為例，並稱雖是民進黨把她從事務官提拔為政務官，但還是希望施能秉持事務官的專業、中立態度來發言，施錦芳回應說，她是中華民國的公務員，發言均本於對黨產會的政策辯護，一向都是小心謹慎，若有相關發言讓國民黨人士感覺不合宜，她會更加小心。
當曾銘宗持續追問未來能否別在嘲笑與奚落的方式發言，有沒有問題，施錦芳不知是口誤或刻意，竟回答「有」，不過曾銘宗並未發現。
